By using MediCore, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PROHIBITED USE: This platform is currently NOT intended for the processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) or highly sensitive personal data. Users agree not to input or collect data that requires HIPAA compliance.

1. Scope of Service

MediCore provides a Python-based AI Receptionist platform for business automation. We provide the infrastructure and intelligence; you are responsible for the inputs and customer interactions generated by your specific configuration.

2. Intellectual Property

All software logic, including our proprietary LLM routing, intent classification systems, and custom Python integrations, remains the exclusive property of Rules Cube Inc.

3. AI Performance Disclaimer

You acknowledge that AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate information (hallucinations). MediCore should be supervised for critical business workflows, and we are not liable for errors in scheduling or information delivery caused by AI-generated content.

4. System Security

Users are prohibited from attempting to breach the logical isolation of our multi-tenant containers or using the API in a manner that exceeds our Cloudflare-monitored rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rules Cube Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the MediCore service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
